Case Study

When Scrubs & Suits came to us it was called Ask the Administrator. ATA was a small, lovingly edited healthcare news site, but it was looking to become much more. Working closely with the site’s editorial team, we turned it into a destination for all healthcare professionals. We recommended adding a jobs section and a forums section, using a three-pronged approach to get visitors to come to the site for news, come back for jobs, and get involved with the community through forums. This kind of central meeting point didn’t exist for healthcare, a massive gap the new site would fill and an oversight that Scrubs & Suits was going to remedy.

First we needed a name that would encompass the scope of this new healthcare hub. We worked closely with the client to come up a new name, changing Ask the Administrator to Scrubs & Suits. We designed a completely new brand identity for the site, landing on a logo that would be both clean and very approachable. Then we created a new home for the site with an elegant news section, an eye-catching job board, and a lively forums section. We built a robust backend to manage numerous freelance writers, and designed a new newsletter template to further engage readers with the site. Healthcare has officially found its hub on the web.
